34 Going on 32 (hopefully)

Ladies and gentlemen, today I embark on a journey—a journey to trim down my waist by two inches that is.

Before anything else, please allow me to clarify a few things: First, I am not young. I am already thirty something (No, I will not disclose my real age here) and thus, my metabolism is not as good as it used to be. Second, I am not doing this only because it’s summer and I want to flaunt perfectly sculpted abs on the beach…or at least not for that reason alone. I am doing this because I want to prove a point—that if you work really hard and remain focus, weight loss is very much achievable, even for a matakaw like me. And lastly, yes, I know that 34 is not really a bad waistline, but for my height and body type, 34 actually means having a tummy that protrudes.
