Add 1/2 cup pistachio puree. Mix well. Process. Add 1 cup roasted pistachio nuts. Mix. Taste. Refrigerate. The process could be very straight forward but still creating a perfect Gelato depends on a lot of things. That includes ingredients. And having the best ingredient is what Carte D’Or is made of.
