Redefining the dormitory concept in the Philippines comes Dormitos, the first Japanese-style capsule hostel in the Philippines. It’s first branch is centrally located at the metro’s busiest/transit Center – Cubao. Dormitos offers guest accessibility, security and privacy at a very reasonable price.

I’ve been eyeing to try this hostel since it opened, most especially after my personal trip in Japan, where capsule hostel originated. Luck have probably brought me on this day where I was able to try it finally. And being near to places like Smart Araneta Center and Cubao X made me even more excited to stay here for a night knowing that I could have other things to do around the area on my free time.

September 2018 was full packed with events that required me to suit up. It was a very fruitful month where I was able to have my very first ambassadorship gig (special thanks to Asus), I was rebooked for a hosting gig at the DRT show, I was able to officially part of a online talent management and of course had a fruitful time exploring life with new and old friends.

There are only a few places in Quezon City that I know off that I can consider a place that could instantly bring me to somewhere else, places that I can feel like I was being teleported to another dimension. I did not mean it literally but I guess it was the feeling plus its unique ambiance made me feel like I already left the city.

One good example is whenever I visit Ninoy Aquino Park near Quezon City Circle. It is like a hidden jungle inside the city. Even it is located across the busy streets of North and Quezon Avenue, its vast areas populated with trees and animals covers up the bustling sound of the city.

My pocket was in pain this month of July. From overflowing bills, to unit upgrades and the unexpected money losses. I was struggling, trying to find ways to get back what was gone to even selling some stuff that I truly cherish. Though this month is not just a big downfall for I was also able to get some extra jobs that I can reap the next coming months. Hopefully this will continue for me to be able to get funds for my upcoming big trip to Korea come November.
