Commuting Guide: Morong Bataan + Hotels & Places to visit in Morong

How to commute from Manila to Morong, Bataan via SCTEX

It is always best to bring a private vehicle when visiting Morong, Bataan but if commuting is the only way you can get there, here is a commuting guide you can use if you are planning to visit a friend or want to do a vacation in the nearby beaches.

  1. From Manila, you can either ride a VICTORY LINER bus going to Olongapo City in Cubao or Pasay City. Better if the bus route you would be riding is via SCTEX for it is much faster. As of this writing, the fare is Php 350.
  2. Go down to Harbor Point Mall in SBMA, Subic, Zambales, and then look for the bus going to Morong, Bataan. As of this writing, the fare is Php 60.
  3. Ride the bus and go down to your desired destination or just go down to the Morong Bus Terminal located at the back of the Public Market.
  4. From the Public Market, you can simply ride a trike to your desired destination.

How to commute from Manila to Morong, Bataan via National Highway Route

  1. From Manila, you can either ride a VICTORY LINER bus going to Olongapo City in Cubao or Pasay City. The fare is Php 350.
  2. Go down at Victory Liner terminal in Olongapo, then walk towards Jollibee and look for the Yellow Jeep with the Sign “Gate / Sta. Rita”
  3. Ride the jeep and go down to SM Downtown.
  4. Walk towards Parl n’ Shop and look for the bus heading to Morong, Bataan.

How to commute from Morong, Bataan back to Manila

  1. From Morong Public Market, look for the bus heading to Olongapo. Fare is Php 60.
  2. Go down at Park N’ Shop, then walk your way towards SM Downtown.
  3. Ride at the yellow jeep with a sign “Sta. Rita / Gate” here in SM Downtown and go down at Ulo ng Apo just in front of Jollibee. Fare is Php 11.
  4. Walk your way towards Victory Liner Terminal and ride the bus heading to Cubao or Pasay City. The fare is Php 350.
