Learn How to do First Aid, and Save a Life. Be a Lifesaver!

LIfesaver TV Show UNTV First Aid Rescue

Accidents happens almost everywhere. While dangers or disasters are somehow unexpected. Being able to know what to do in times of emergencies to either help your self or the others could really be of a great advantage.

This has been a continues advocacy of UNTV, to teach each and everyone who is willing to learn safety and emergency preparedness. I personally had undergone training and actually learn the basics in doing first aid. But due to the lack of practice, some of the steps on tending to someone in need have been forgotten. I think, a refresher course is what I needed.

Good thing, aside from holding seminars, UNTV have made it possible to reach more audiences through television and online.

LIFESAVER, a new and upcoming public service program, aims to help all its viewers become vigilant and well-informed should tragedy strike.

Lifesaver offers basic first aid training essential to anyone who happens to be a bystander to an accident or emergency. The program also educates its viewers of imperative emergency response lessons and indispensable disaster preparedness tools to be able to save lives in times of calamities.

Lifesaver is in a mission to provide easy to understand precautions and lessons for emergency preparedness as well deliver accessible first aid trainings that are applicable to daily living and can be executed by ordinary persons. It advocates the understanding that in any emergency situations, there is always something you can do to help.

I personally am looking forward on seeing some of the episodes for I felt this could be a great skill to learn and to apply in daily life.

Kuya Daniel Razon, the organization’s pioneer, has continually looked for ways to be of service to the public and Lifesaver is an addition to an array of informative programs that UNTV produces. Hosting the program is Benedict Galazan, 911-UNTV’s rescue operations manager, whose decade of rescue experience will definitely help viewers understand more how to be able to save lives in times of emergency.

You can watch and learn the basic first aid, emergency response, and disaster preparedness, so you, too, can become a LIFESAVER. Lifesaver is coming to UNTV this July. For more details about Lifesaver, you may follow us on the following social media accounts: Facebook YouTube  | Twitter
