I am personally guilty of the fact that I usually go outdoors without any sun protection. I guess many of us do and doesn’t really make an effort to be kind to our skin. My dermatologist always reminds me that, it is a must that I do put on a protection because too much exposure to the sun can accelerate skin aging.

The hot weather calls for a refreshing break! And having a nice water dip coupled with fun slides would be perfect! Thus last April 16 and 17, 2016, over 9,000 people flocked to Filinvest City, Alabang (including me and my friends), for a weekend of worry-free fun under the sun. Thousands came to slip, slide and experience NIVEA Slidefest.
