A Hidden Art Museum/Garden 25km East of Manila – PINTO ART MUSEUM

Deceiving as it may seem at the outside, this white colored brick house covered with greens looks like an ordinary hacienda in the village. But wait till you open the small metal door (pinto) that will bring you to a 1.3 hectare of space full of greens, art collections, and structures. They say your visit in Ilocos Norte wouldn’t be complete without seeing the iconic Bangui Wind Farm. And I do agree! It was the last day of our travel when we finally said to ourselves; “We need to pay an extra P500 (for the tricycle services) just to do the Southbound Tour”, that includes Burgos and Bangui via Pagudpud. And it wasn’t a bad decision at all. After all, travelling to Pagudpud for 13 hours via bus is already a sacrifice we made and it would be a lost to miss the most exciting part.
