Forest Lake Development Inc., the Philippines’ leading memorial park developer with Total Memorial Care, gathered more than 550 guests at Okada Manila on April 21, 2026, to celebrate a milestone year during its 12th National Sales Convention.
Carrying the theme “THRIVE: Ani ng Tagumpay,” the event recognized the people, partnerships, and shared commitment that helped drive Forest Lake to its strongest performance yet. In 2025, the company achieved a record-breaking ₱5.5 billion in sales, significantly surpassing its ₱3.8 billion sales production in 2024.
The convention served as a tribute to Forest Lake’s nationwide network of sales agents, sales leaders, support teams, employees, executives, investors, banking partners, and stakeholders from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Their collective efforts have played a key role in expanding Forest Lake’s footprint, strengthening customer trust, and delivering compassionate memorial care solutions to Filipino families.
“This celebration is not only about record-breaking sales—it is about the people behind those achievements,” said Forest Lake President and CEO Alfred Xerez-Burgos III. “Our sales agents and leaders are the heart of Forest Lake’s success, and their dedication allows us to continue serving Filipino families with dignity, compassion, and care.”
Expanding Beyond Memorial Parks
During the event, Forest Lake reinforced its evolution from being solely a memorial park developer into a provider of comprehensive Total Memorial Care services.
The company highlighted its growing portfolio of offerings, including Libre Burol (Libre Haya), Libing Anywhere, memorial chapels, cremation services, columbariums, interment services, and other future-ready memorial care solutions designed to support Filipino families during life’s most challenging moments.
Forest Lake currently works with 41 accredited funeral homes nationwide, making its Total Memorial Care services more accessible across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The company also plans to expand this network further in the coming years.
“Achieving ₱5.5 billion in sales reflects the trust our customers place in Forest Lake and the commitment of our teams nationwide,” Xerez-Burgos III added. “As we continue to expand our Total Memorial Care services, we remain focused on providing meaningful solutions for every Filipino family.”

Nationwide Expansion Continues
Forest Lake also showcased its ongoing nationwide growth, which now includes 42 memorial parks across the Philippines. Recently launched developments in Bacnotan, Gapan, and Rosario have already generated hundreds of millions of pesos in sales just months after opening.
To support its long-term expansion plans, the company announced that the Securities and Exchange Commission has approved the increase of its authorized capital stock from ₱1 billion to ₱4 billion. The additional capital will fund new memorial parks, chapel developments, infrastructure projects, technology investments, and operational improvements.
“What began as a small memorial park business has grown into a nationwide organization because of our people, our values, and our commitment to service,” said Forest Lake Chairman Alfred Xerez-Burgos Jr. “The success we celebrate today belongs to every sales agent, leader, employee, and partner who believed in Forest Lake’s vision.”
“We continue to grow not only by building parks, but by building trust with the families we serve. Through Total Memorial Care, we are creating meaningful and lasting impact in communities across the country,” he added.
Recognizing Excellence and Rewarding Success
The gala celebration featured live performances from AZTER and a special mini-concert by legendary performer Gary Valenciano, adding to the festive atmosphere of the evening.
As part of its commitment to recognizing excellence, Forest Lake rewarded top-performing sellers with an all-expense-paid incentive trip to Bangkok, Thailand from April 22 to 25, 2026. The trip included visits to iconic attractions such as the Grand Palace, Wat Phra Kaew, Wat Arun, and Bangkok’s famous floating markets, along with cultural tours, shopping experiences, and a luxury dinner cruise.
The incentive program reflects Forest Lake’s continued investment in professional growth, motivation, and long-term career opportunities for its sales force.
“Forest Lake is evolving from the Philippines’ leading memorial park developer into the Philippines’ leading memorial park developer with Total Memorial Care—and our people are the driving force behind that transformation,” Xerez-Burgos III said.
For nearly three decades, Forest Lake has remained committed to creating thoughtfully designed memorial spaces where families can honor loved ones while creating lasting memories together. Guided by its vision of building “A Better Place,” the company continues to innovate and expand its services to meet the evolving needs of Filipino families nationwide.
