Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzback welcomes 11 candidates at the Miss Universe Pageant Kick Off Party!
If the competition was held today, it could be a head to head battle between Miss Philippines and Miss USA. That is the thought running in my head when I first saw the eleven candidates (including Ms. Philippines) that was presented at the kick off party held at Conrad Hotel last Saturday (December 10,2016).
