Big B's started from partners Joelle Yuvienco and Erik Galvez, in their intention to save money for their future travels. Without any background in doing business or even cooking burgers, Erik's love of burgers drove him to create a recipe that unexpectedly become a hit. They initially sold burgers with 50% beef and 50% bacon
