New & Delicious Kopi Bun Recipes as Kopiroti Celebrates it’s 9th year!

Kopiroti has been around in the business for almost 10 years already. A ‘David‘ in the industry but with the right mix of campaigns & offerings could make a ‘Goliath’ in the market quiver.

Currently having 5 branches, Kopiroti takes easy steps up on the ladder. And with a new set of people managing the business, innovations, and improvements are set to kick in too.

I’ve been a fan of the brand for a few years now, making Kopiroti Tomas Morato branch a hangout place by me and some of my friends, for a simple reason that Kopiroti delivers affordable coffee and bread without hurting much on our pockets.

A few days ago, I and some blogger friends had a chat with one of the owners of Kopiroti. And according to Jess, ever since, Kopiroti have been popular for its bread offerings. Just recently I discovered that Kaya Toast, one of my favorites, perfectly matches with the Soft Boiled Eggs (Php 35) with black soya sauce and black pepper, why did I not try that before???

Kopiroti plans now to expand and renovate some of its branches, and with its expansion in mind, new food line up are also put upon the table. Luckily we are the ones to taste it!

Here are some of the breads you’ll find soon on their branches.

Kopi Bun BLT is a pan fried bacon, fresh lettuce and tomato on a homemade Kopi Roti Kopi Bun.

Kopi Bun Pulled Brisket BBQ is a slow braised beef brisket in adobo flavoured barbecue sauce topped with cabbage slaw on a homemade Kopi Roti Kopi Bun.

Kopi Bun Chicken Satay is a marinated and grilled chicken satay topped with shredded cabbage and marinated red onions on a homemade Kopi Roti kopi bun.

Roti Cheese Toast (Not yet the final brand/product name) Griddled Roti with kaya spread and melted cheddar cheese.

Roti Egg and Cheese Toast (Not yet the final brand/product name) Griddled/toasted Roti with kaya spread, fried egg, and melted cheddar cheese.

Roti Bacon and Cheese Toast  (Not yet the final brand/product name) Griddled/toasted roti with kaya spread, pan fried bacon, and melted cheddar cheese.

I love the combination of Egg and Cheese, its a classic combination, brings back memories of my ‘baon’ going to school.

Summing it up, I could say Kopiroti products are affordably good! I hope they would open up more branches soon and a bigger one! There are still lot’s of choices to choose from, and if your a newbie diner, you’ll never go wrong ordering “Kaya Toast” or “Kopi Bun”. And lastly, you can already dine in with just having a 100 bucks on your pocket!
