This is actually what I felt on this day … vibrating all over my body while wearing my blue coloured polo shirt. Well I actually felt those moments a lot. I think its just normal for an individual to feel it and I know everyone could relate in to it.
That is why I listed some things that might be helpful in Overcoming that Sudden Sadness if ever you felt it coming. Here it is …
1. List everything in your life you are thankful for and be happy. Remember to always be thankful to what you are receiving, and think of the people who have less than what you have. In short, Contentment, period.
I was invited at the Solaire’s yearend bloggers party and had my very own solaire moments to share. It was attended by around 20 plus bloggers , it was a short and fun night.
The party started with a sumptuous buffet inside one of Solaire’s premier suites. We had our own butlers and Chefs who prepare the food. Before the program starts we also had the chance to roam around the extravagant room.
Stared by Ms. Agot Isidro, the movie, “Mga Anino ng Kahapon”, talks about the struggles of an individual suffering from a mental disorder called Schizophrenia.The Premier Launch was attended by friends, relatives and supporters of the main casts TJ Trinida and Agot Isidro. Other attendees also includes people from Johnson’s and Johnson’s who produces the movie as well as media, both Print, TV and online bloggers.
