When me and my friends talk about koreans, few things always pops in mind, one is Kimchi, two, Koreanovelas, and three, Song Hye-kyo who is  a South Korean actress who gained popularity through television dramas such as Autumn in My Heart, All In, and Full House. I only knew a few foods that are Koreans and mostly as i was told, Koreans do love to eat vegetables. It didn’t actually came into my mind that , like Filipinos, Koreans also do have a fondness over Chickens!

After the popularity of Bon Chon, comes another brand to challenge the Filipino palette, Smoper Chicken, a south Korean base fast-food chain which at the moment have an existing 800 branches in South Korea alone. Koreans do love their chicken that diners flock to their restaurants and willing to spend more minutes just to wait for a seat to be available.

Along with a few bloggers,  we been lucky to be introduced to the first branch of Smoper Chicken outside Korea which was opened last April located at 26th street corner 4th avenue,  One McKinley Place, Fort Bonifacio Taguig City. The first branch was actually a small fast-food that could accommodate an estimated 30-35 customers. Mixed of crowd from office workers to even condo dwellers steadily have been attracted to Smoper Chickens offering, making its management to instantly open another branch to be located in Quezon City.

Along with the chicken a selection of sauces will be offered, one could choose from the Original, Sour Garlic, Spicy, Cury and tukgangjung, which is a sweet-spicy blend that will leave you wanting for more.

The chicken is perfectly match with the sauces.
They didnt use any mixture to thicken the skin, so expect the chicken serve crunchy and crispy.
