2nd Comics Arthology Exhibit: Imagination Takes Flight

Feels like a movie premier night at the opening of the 2nd annual Comics Arthology Exhibit – Imagination Takes Flight at the ArtAsia Gallery, SM Megamall last June 8, 2012. Artists, guest and art enthusiast gather to witness works from the industry names of Randy Valiente, Seb Chua, Andrew Villar, Rommel Estanislao, Freely Abrigo plus many more who contributed their works seen in the ribbon cutting ceremony.

Comics Superhero ‘Estrella’ writer Jerri Barrios led the introductions of the talented artists from the comic book community.

Pilak comics anthology was also launched at the Art Asia Gallery . PILAK is a Filipino fantasy character created by sculptor/artist Seb Chua and Adapted into komiks by Jeri Barrios (writer) and Randy Valiente (artist).

The exhibit is now currently opened for the next two weeks for anyone who wants to visit the individual works on display or as well buy the piece of artwork. Check out some of the pictures from the recent exhibit opening.

The Artasia Gallery is situated at the SM Megamall Artwalk, which is located in its Building A.
