Commuting Guide: How to go to Pinto Art Museum

Pinto Art Museum has been a haven to photo enthusiasts since its opening. It is part of Silangan Gardens located in 1 Sierra Madre St. Grand Heights, Antipolo, Rizal. Inside you’ll find Museum shop, galleries, gardens, Chapel, Café, a theater that is managed by El Refugio Arts and Sciences Foundation Inc., and just recently a school for the arts/healing. Pinto Art Museum is open Tuesday through Sunday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. The museum is CLOSED on MONDAYS.

Here is a quick commuting guide on how to go to Pinto Art Musem (and Antipolo Church)

From Cubao via Public Transportation.

  • From MRT Cubao Station, walk towards Telus building infront of farmers market then look for an FX or Jeepney heading to Antipolo.
  • Jeepneys should be bound to Antipolo-Simbahan or Antipolo-Shopwise, Tanay (tanay-Antipolo).
  • Get off at Ynares Center which is nearer to Pinto, but if you want an easier way to get a trike, get off at Antipolo Church.
  • Ride a Trike and tell the driver to drop you at Grand Heights Subdivision or Pinto Art Museum.
  • Pinto is just located after the village gate.

From Shaw MRT Station via Public Transportation.

  • From MRT Shaw Station, walk towards the terminal across Shang-ri La Plaza then look for an FX or Jeepney heading to Antipolo.
  • Jeepneys should be bound to Antipolo-Simbahan or Antipolo-Shopwise
  • Get off at Antipolo Church.
  • Ride a Trike and tell the driver to drop you at Grand Heights Subdivision or Pinto Art Museum.
  • Pinto is just located after the village gate.

Entrance Fees (as of August 2016)

  • P200 for regular ticket
  • P180 for senior citizens and PWD with valid IDs
  • P100 for children and students with proper school IDs (Free for children below 3 years old)

Photo Shoot Rates at Pinto Art Museum (Updated 01-30-17)

  • P8,000 – Upper Garden and Lower Garden (Outdoor Only)
  • P15,000 – Upper garden, Lower garden, Indigenous Art Museum and the new Museum wing (Outdoor only)
  • Php 20,000 – Upper Garden and Lower Garden, indigenous Art Museum, New Museum Wing and The Academy (Outdoor Only)

Shooting fees includes 5 hours photoshoot from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm or 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm. Any excess hour will cost you another Php 750.00. You can bring 5 Pax per shooting team (additional Php 300 per head for additional). The fee also comes with a preparation room with air conditioning.
