Makati City, Philippines – Finally! I got chance to squeeze in some time to lie down, get a massage and relax. Thanks to Aramesh Spa and Wellness for making this happen.
Located at the 6th floor of Heart Tower in Makati, Aramesh Spa and Wellness may not be easy to spot but finding it could be a treasure you can always keep.
The Persian inspired spa owned and operated by dentists, Dr. Far Shamsi and Dr. Shideh Nikbin, thought of putting a spa as suggested by their clients. And it started just fittingly with their Fashion Smile Dental Clinic as customers or relatives of some customers can have an hour or two R&R while waiting for the dental services to be done.
Services Offered:
Before starting the session, you will be given a form to answer for you to determine the massage pressure you prefer. This could be soft, moderate or hard, I picked hard. Aside from that you can also invlude the areas of your body you would want the masseur to focus to, or areas you want to be avoided.
Right after, pick a particular oil. I tried bliss-heaven.
ROOMS AT ARAMESH SPA
There are 3 different rooms inside Aramesh Spa. The Deluxe room which is the cheapest of the 3, the premier which is mostly for couples, and the VIP which is the most expensive which has its own bathroom and Jacuzzi.

What should you try?
If you wanted to trim down some fats on your body you can try their Slimming massage for Php 1,200 (deluxe). They also have the usuals, Pinoy Hilot, Swedish Massage and Shiatsu. If you wanted to focus on specific areas like the back, leg or head, you can try it for Php 450 for 30 minutes. They also have hot Stone Massage and Ventosa therapy.
But what I tried was their main dish, the Aramesh Signature Massage that is priced at Php 1,250 (deluxe) for 90 minutes.
Other Details you should know about Aramesh Spa and Wellness
Budget per head: Services starts at Php 300 to Php 1, 950 (VIP –Aramesh Signature massage) so might as well bring Php 1,500 for the regulars. Prizes may subject to change without prior notice.
