Honesty speaking, Anonas Ukay Ukay is part of my Top 5 Best Ukay-Ukay places to visit in Metro Manila, you should see and check out the other shops included on my list.

Going to Anonas Ukay Ukay is easy.  If you’re coming to a place along the LRT 2 (Blue Line), just ride the train and go down at Anonas Station. Walk a few meters and locate the building called Lolo Oboys Commercial Center. It is the building where Goldilocks, David’s Taekwondo and Mercury Drug is located. My Shopping Experience at Anonas Ukay-Ukay

Now let’s begin our Ukay Ukay shopping spree. Just like what I’ve said a while ago, Anonas Ukay-Ukay is a 4-story Ukay-ukay haven consisting of around 15 stores that you can check out.

The prices of the items are either so low or too high. Old stocks are mostly place outside the hallway and is priced for less than Php 100. Actually, each store got a different pricing starting from 100 up to a more outrageous price of Php 3000 and up. Yes! There are items sold here at that amount.

According to one of the tenants, the best time to visit Anonas is during Thursday where new stocks are being displayed.

The whole place isn’t really airconditioned but most of it are. Other store sells other than clothes like bags, toys, shoes and blankets. Some can also be considered specialty stores for they are only selling a specific kind of brands or clothing.

Items at the ground floor, I can say is somehow acceptable, but as you go up, the prices of the clothes also go along with it. I guess this is due to the kinds and brands they are selling in different stalls. Most of expensive items were winter clothes, leather jackets, and/or branded items.

At the top floor, you’ll see a taekwondo gym. Across it you’ll find another stall selling a more curated high-end product. If you are looking for original items of brands like LV, Prada, Coach, Ray Ban and the like; well this is one of the places you should visit.

With my Php 1k budget, I wasn’t really able to get the items I was expecting. My initial though is that I could be able to bring home lots of clothes with a thousand. But at the end, I was only able to take home two. Nevertheless, I was still happy with my purchases.

But Rod is much happier with his haul – a porter bag he bought for only 1,000 which is originally priced at Php 31k.! WOW!

Just A Tip: If you are coming from Katipunan to Anonas, you can also drop by and check the items located at the mall connecting to the LRT Station. The Anonas Supermarket got tons of ukay-ukay items to offer as well.

My Final Thoughts About Anonas Ukay Ukay

ANONAS UKAY UKAY

I guess one should really need to be picky when you are buying clothes here in Anonas for the prices are a bit expensive compared to other ukay ukay stores. Nevertheless, if what you are aiming is to own an expensive and original item at an affordable price, well you came at the right place.
