Translated as Hain sa Bukid, Apag Marangle is a restaurant situated in the middle of a fish pond, serving authentic medley of mouth-watering Kapampangan dishes and related cuisine perfectly complemented by an inviting native architecture. I was able to visit the place when I was invited to attend this years Lubao International Balloon and Music Festival. Through the #VisitPampanga campaign, the bloggers and other media where also invited to experience the different things Pampanga could offer, which includes dining at Apag Marangle.
