It was a year ago when Chef Jam Melchor unexpectedly message me informing that he was about to create a team that would pioneer a movement. We just met a few weeks back then and he already wanted me to be part of his plan. I was clueless about everything he says and felt that it would just be a small activity or something to that effect. But because of his credentials, (even everything seems gray) I gave him my trust and said ‘yes’.
