The Foundry: When you do the wrong position
My lower back is in pain. And the other day, I can't event lift more than 3 reps on my regular squat weight. It was devastating, I feel so weak and I don't know why. Coach Richmond told me, that this scenario mostly happen so I don't need to worry about it. But i do need to check on what I eat. I was told to just maintain the weight that I'm lifting and everything would be fine. I've done three consecutive PR's (performance record) last week, which he considers unusual. I was happy and secretly proud about it. I did squats from 90 lbs to 95 without chair support, for the bench press from 115 lbs to 125 lbs and lastly for the Log Press an additional 10 lbs more. I think I over do the dead-lifts trying to do an added 10 lbs more, well I was a bit pressured…
