When you say cheesecake, the first thing that usually comes to my mind is that sweet, rich and creamy New York-style cheesecake. When I was a kid, and when I first tasted it, I thought it was the only kind of cheesecake we have. I felt a bit enliven having eaten even a portion of it for it was a bit too pricey back then. That misconception have eventually change when I was introduced to the many other cheesecake version we have.
