Pasig City – Discovering places to dine in is something I usually do on my free time. But sometimes I felt limited near my place (which is in Quezon City). That is why when I was invited by a friend to visit this hole-a –wall in Pasig City, I did not hesitated (well I did a little lol!). Karnitas Korner is a go-to place where people can enjoy gourmet dish and Porchetta (which is their main dish) in a casual dining setup. Yup! You read that right, Porchetta, that yummy, savory, fatty, and moist boneless roast pork. Imagine that pork loin arranged carefully with layers of stuffing-meat, fat, crispy skin and garlic, rosemary, fennel, or other herbs, rolled and roasted, traditionally over wood.
