First Rate Stay at Best Western Premier F1 Hotel Manila

An overnight stay in a premier hotel is an experience I always look forward to. Having to try different amenities that a certain hotel could offer and trying to feel like somebody who has plenty of money to spend even for just less than a day would be quite an experience for me.

f1 hotel

I got excited when I won an overnight stay at Best Western Premier F1 Hotel and even felt more thrilled when I finally availed the gift certificate, which is an overnight stay for two with free buffet breakfast. Thus, I decided to tag along a friend for us to both enjoy hotel-style pampering and relaxation.

It was my first time to book for a hotel and learned that an overnight stay in F1 hotel costs around PhP 6,000! It’s almost equivalent to a month’s rent in a one-room apartment in Quezon City! As I was told over the telephone by one of their staff members, check-in starts at 2 p.m. and check-out is on the next day, and the buffet breakfast is served from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.

And because we would be coming from a day’s work, my friend and I decided to check in at around 9 p.m.I actually booked for a deluxe room with two beds. Unfortunately, it was not available, so instead, they gave me a king-size bed. Upon arrival, we were given a parking slot, with payment also waved for guests.

WHERE IS F1 HOTEL MANILA

Best Western Premier F1 Hotel Manila is a bit easy to locate, having been centrally located at the FORT. It is along the 32nd street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The building is just a stone’s throw away from leading establishments such as the Market! Market!, Bonifacio High Street, commercial centers, and upscale boutiques and shops, and it’s just across St. Luke’s Medical Center. If you’re riding a shuttle bus coming from Ayala station, it’s easy to pinpoint F1 hotel, which is along the main road (32nd street).

Inside the hotel, you’ll find the main hall situated at the 5th level of the building. Upon check-in, be ready to present identification cards (IDs). I gave the gift certificate I’ve won along with the IDs. I signed some papers and was asked to give an assurance money worth PhP 3000, cash or card. The money would be used in case we purchase something (meaning ate something from the fridge on the assigned room) or we unintentionally damage any of the hotel properties. Don’t worry. The money will be reimbursed upon check-out.

ROOMS  AT F1 HOTEL MANILA

The room is located at the 15th floor, room 1501; we were given a proximity card to access both the room and the elevator. As to what I’ve learned, Best Western Premier F1 hotel has 243 stylish contemporary rooms that give guests a modern luxury experience. The rooms have either a king-size bed or twin beds. Each room is equipped with an individually controlled air conditioning system, a two-line NDD/IDD access telephone, a work desk with internet ports, an electronic safe, a coffee- and tea-making facility, an LCD TV, an iPod dock with radio and alarm, and a walk-in shower. Aside from that, the room also has a sofa, a pair of bathrobe, slippers, an iron, and a refrigerator stuffed with drinks for purchase.

Before ruining the place, I had a chance to take pictures of the room.

BREAKFAST

We woke up around 7 in the morning, hit the shower, changed clothes and prepared for breakfast.

The restaurant called “F” is located at the 3rd floor of the building. It’s a combination of very modern and laid-back designs; it’s definitely a perfect setting for relaxing and socializing. The buffet breakfast was definitely a feast of different dishes lined up ready for consumption. The buffet has the usual dishes such as porridge (lugaw), soup, salads, different Japanese cuisine, fried rice, eggs, tocino, longaniza, bacon, different breads, sweets and juices.

You can also ask the chef if you want to have scrambled eggs for breakfast and they will courteously do it for you instantly. Ask for a cup of coffee and it will be served to you by the waiter in minutes.

We loved the waffles very much and totally enjoyed the buffet breakfast experience.

After breakfast, we still had time to roam around and check out some of the areas in the hotel.

CHECKINGOUT AT F1 HOTEL MANILA

We checked out around 10 in the morning and went straight to work. We did have a great time trying to feel the overnight luxurious experience. The service and the quality were definitely superior, and the food was exquisitely fantastic! It’s really an unforgettable experience, and I’m hoping there would be a next time. I am looking forward to visiting Best Western Premier F1 hotel Manila again really soon.

Until our next trip in the City!
