HOOQ Filmmakers Guild 2017 announces final pilot films & additional 5 wildcards
If you have been following my blog, a few months ago I posted about the search for the next best film via HOOQ filmmakers guild. And from hundreds of entries received in the whole South East Asia, finally six titles have been announced for the pilot development from the inaugural HOOQ Filmmakers Guild 2017. HOOQ – the largest Video on Demand service in South-East Asia, confirmed the 2017 selections starting with Bhak (India), Suay (Thailand), Haunt Me (Singapore), How To Be A Good Girl (Singapore), Aliansi (Indonesia) and Heaven and Hell (Indonesia). The 6 were selected from some 500 submissions received by HOOQ over a 2-month period from all over South East Asia.
