There are few spices that I like eating raw: chili, garlic, onion and tomato. I am not really a fan of tomato or any other vegetables when I was kid. I guess most of us were not. Whenever mom prepares salted egg salad, you’ll find me picking only the egg and leaving all the tomatoes on the plate. Same goes with other vegetables. I think the only non-meat that I really love to eat back then was potato specially when its sautéed with ground pork. Back then, my mom usually tells me the importance of eating vegetables specially tomato, that eating will make our skin glow.
