Isaribi Japanese Restaurant

How do I qualify an authentic Japanese dishes, even I wasn’t able to visit Japan yet? Well, I would probably depend on what the experts has to say, that is, not just the usual chefs rather the Japanese themselves.

And speaking of authenticity, Isaribi Japanese Restaurant makes it to my list. The newly opened restaurant not just embodied the authenticity into their food but as well as to their interior. And I personally felt transported to a local Japanese store just by looking at the façade.

Our late lunch was a feast of fresh fish like salmon and tuna and other seafood products. We got Sushi, Sashimi, Yakiniku, Wagyu Beef, and grilled Sea Foods! Ingredients are mostly imported and yet, they still manage to keep the prices low (Wow!). Japanese Chef Misayuki Sato prepared some of their specials for us to tastes; just take a look at this!

They serve these huge Oysters, scallops and this weird looking Japanese Sazae Shells, which we grilled on a smokeless contraption in our table. I’m not really into it so I decided to drool over the Maki and Sashimi set instead.
