I was able to visit the place recently to taste their newest offerings that includes a life changing meat, milky drink, rich broth and many more.
It was my first time for the record to visit the restaurant and I’m sure it wouldn’t be the last specially now that there is a branch located a few kilometers away from home.
Rock & Seoul Korean Eats newest Offering
There were three sets of food that was place on my table upon my arrival – drinks, heavy meal and dessert. Lets begin with the drink.
Yakult is something that i’ve been drinking growing up and Rock & Seoul surprise me with this new blend of milky Yakult with the sweet floral noted of lychee syrup! Yum!
Ramyeon is a rich broth flavored with Chili and Korean spices topped with sirloin beef.
Crispy Chicken Melt
When two of your favorite dish combined, it could be heaven – Your favorite korean fried chicken smothered with R&S signature cheese sauce is now available at Rock & Seoul.
Next word to Kimchi that I can associate pretty well to Koreans could be “Bibimbap” which literally means “mixed rice”. The steaming hot rice is surrounded by your choice of meat, sauteed vegetables, topped with a bright egg cooked sunny side up. The whole thing is drizzled with gochujang (aka hot pepper paste) and finished with a pat of Rock & Seoul’s spicy kimchi butter.
Big Boy LA Ribs
A perfect match to a hot steamy bibimbap is the new Big Boy LA Ribs which created by R&B to salute Los Angeles, where Korean-Americans have made the city’s food scene hip, happening, and all kinds of delicious. Mostly scene in food trucks, this life changing R&S version of steak are thinly sliced across the bone, allowing the marinade to reach deep into the meat. This L.A. Ribs is definitely something you should try.
Ending our dinner with Rock & Seoul’s top dessert that features a charcoal waffle topped with a scoop of green tea or vanilla ice cream. This dessert would really be very appealing to kids and kids at heart.
Making your own bibimbap starts at Php 290. I can’t wait to taste the other variants and mixes really here at R&S soon. Head on to Rock & Seoul Korean Eats and spark that korean awesomeness!
